Today the Archetipo Team has the pleasure to tell a story that began many years ago, a story of passion and tratition to the textile industry: the textile company Luigi Bevilacqua.
Tessitura Luigi Bevilacqua is a textile company estabilished in Venice in 1875, whose main activity is the production of frames eighteenth velvets, lampas, damasks and satins.
After a period at Palazzo Labia Luigi Bevilacqua Srl establishes the present location of the Holy Cross, where the ancient looms have found their final location. At the headquarters of Venice there are part of the production, with 25 handlooms still working, warehouse and showroom, in a charming and exciting path that allows visitors to immerse themselves in what is the real production process of the tissues.
The Bevilacqua is set up as great family business, which has seen in recent years a great development both nationally and internationally, with an increase in sales accompanied to the opening of new markets and the development of production mechanical parallel to the traditional and the manual.
