The Archetipo Team had the pleasure to interview Andreas & Jessy, one of the contestant couples of the photo contest “Archetipo Brides & Grooms” edition 2015. We congratulate the couple for the choice of an Archetipo suit and we invite Archetipo’s Blog readers to read their special love story…
– Please tell us about your first kiss.
Jessy: Back in 2008 we used to live in different cities. We met in Munich, and it was one of our first dates. We went for a walk in the sunshine on a beautiful sunny day. After a while we sat down on a little hill in the green grass and talked about everything and nothing. I said “let’s just stop the talking and cut right to the chase”. Andi replied something like “so what” and just kissed me. It was very romantic 🙂
– Who made the marriage proposal? How did it happen?
Andi: We went to New York and had a really nice hotel room with a great panorama-view over Times Square. On our last night in New York we first went out to a romantic dinner followed by a Broadway-Show. Before we went back to our room, I asked the hotel to prepare our suite with some flowers, chocolates and champagne. So as we came back, Jessy was pretty surprised when she noticed all the little changes made to our room. When she turned around next thing she saw, was me on my knees and a ring in my hands. Luckily she immediately said yes. Her only response was: I have to sit down – I feel sick!
– Question for him: What was your first thought when you looked at yourself in the mirror wearing your Archetipo suit?
Andi: My first thought was: This is exactly the kind of suit I was looking for! Three important things nailed it on the spot: Black, extravagant but not too “over the top“ and super elegant. It was the first and ONLY suit I tried on and I bought it within 20 minutes. The saleswoman there told me: That was the easiest and quickest buy for a wedding suit that she ever had!
But for a guy like me this suit fits just perfect. And that’s really what it is: perfect!
– Question for her: What was your first thought when you saw him wearing his Archetipo suit?
Jessy: It was a breath taking moment. He looked so elegant and classy. I tried to envision what he would look like long before the wedding – and it was even better than I imagined. The suit absolutely reflects the kind of guy he is.
